Job Description

If you are an UX Designer focused on simplicity of design and who can render complex workflows into extremely clean design, then please consider joining Concord. As a key member of the Product Team, the UX Designer will own the design of Concord’s product offering. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of understanding complex processes and workflows and of extremely elegant and minimalistic design.


  • Design simple, elegant application features to solve complex workflow and interaction problems.
  • Support and/or lead experience design strategy by evaluating the current competitive landscape.
  • Compose documentation using text, diagrams, illustrations, and/or prototypes to support the implementation of design proposals.


  • 4+ years experience in in UX Design turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences for the web and mobile with complex SaaS applications and/or enterprise experience
  • Expert knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design.
  • Proven ability to produce users flows, wireframes, prototypes, annotated mock-ups, storyboards, user personas.
  • BS/MS in interaction design, human factors, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
